We don’t guess how far a 300 Series can be pushed. We go and find out.

This series was all about controlled punishment: repeated dyno runs, towing tests, heat soak, different tunes, and hardware changes. We watch what happens to oil temps, trans temps, EGTs, boost and fuel delivery when the 300 is really working.

Why? Because that’s how we:

  • Work out the safe window for power and torque on factory hardware

  • See how different setups affect temperatures and stress over long pulls and real towing

  • Build maps and packages that favour drivability and reliability first, not “one big number and hope for the best”

By the time a tune or upgrade package ends up on a customer’s 300, it’s already been through this process on ours. You get a setup that’s been tested hard, so you can feel at ease every time you get behind the wheel.

Episode 1: What's the 300 Series MAX Horsepower?

In this video, Matt demonstrates the Tow, Power, and Power+ tunes offered by Just Autos, then hits the hub dyno to see how far the stock engine, turbos, and injectors can really go…

With a run on higher boost pressure and then a little NOS later, and the 300 Series smashes past 500 HP on factory hardware.

Episode 2: 510 HP Was Just the Beginning...

Through years of in-house testing, we found that factory injectors were often holding performance back… so in Part 2, we’re taking things up a notch. 
 
In this episode, Matt swaps the factory injectors for a larger, high-flow set to see just how much extra horsepower and torque we can unlock. If we made 510 HP on stock injectors (with a little help from NOS)… what happens when we give the 300 Series the fuel it’s really been asking for?

Episode 3: Are you Cooking Your Engine Oil?

In the final episode of our Pressure Testing Series Matt is answering a simple question… Are you cooking your engine oil?
