Terms and Conditions for Non-Distribution – Price List

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and distribution of material owned or controlled by Just Autos (“Owner”). By accessing, downloading, or using any material provided by Owner, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use or distribute the material.

Ownership: All material provided by Owner, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, and audio recordings, are owned or licensed by Owner and are protected by applicable laws and

Non-Distribution License: Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for internal business purposes only. You are expressly prohibited from distributing, reproducing, modifying, adapting, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works of the material without prior written consent from Owner.

Restricted Uses: You agree not to use the material for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to any distribution that violates applicable laws. You also agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any notices or proprietary rights notices included in the material.

Intellectual Property Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right, title, or interest in or to the material except for the limited license expressly provided herein. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Owner.

Termination: Owner reserves the right to terminate or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the material and destroy any copies in your possession or control.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE MATERIAL.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Owner regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding such subject matter.
